a) Social Worker / Assistant Senior Social Worker 

About the Role

• Counselling & Casework Management using the CSWP framework and SSNet
• Group work and Community Outreach Development and execution
• Prepared to work with families/individuals with multiple issues/concerns
• Prepared to work at least 1 night duty per weekday till 9pm

Candidate Requirements

1. Technical Competencies:
   • Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Social Service
   • Experience in engaging and assessing the needs of clients and provide appropriate outcome plan of intervention
   • Working knowledge of counselling
   • Plan and execute group work programs
   • Ability to engage collaboratively with other Government Agencies and VWOs to meet client’s needs
2. Core Competencies:
   • Knowledge of the CSWP framework and certified for FAST tool
   • Team player
   • Resilience and patience when dealing with difficult clients
   • Passion for social work in family environment
3. Preferred achievements / characteristics:
   • 2yrs social work experience in Family Service Centre preferred
   • Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferred
